We endeavour to dispatch all orders via Royal Mail 1st class post within 2 working days.  You will be notified by email that the order has been received and that the order has been dispatched.  In the event of a delay you will be notified straight away.  All delivery inside United Kingdom is Free (excluding Southern Ireland).Delivery rates for Europe are as follows:

Europe – £3.50 (including S. Ireland)
United Kingdom – FREE

We make every effort to ensure that all games advertised are in stock. In the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and a refund will be issued.

We try to ensure that all of the prices on are correct, although in the event that an error occurs once you have placed your order you will be notified straight away and the item will be offered at the correct price.  The customer will be given the opportunity to cancel the order and if the goods have been paid for a refund will be issued

DISCOUNT VOUCHERS reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any discount vouchers for any reason at any time. Discount Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase gift-vouchers

All of the games are checked before leaving our warehouse.  Very occasionally items may be damaged in the post, if this happens we will ask for you to notify us straight away to arrange for the item to be returned and replaced.

If your item does not arrive within 7 working days we would ask for you to initially check with your neighbours and the local post office to ensure that it has not been left there.  Some items are returned to the local post office if they cannot be delivered.  If the item is still unaccounted for please contact us so we can trace the missing item and hopefully find its whereabouts.

Unwanted items can be returned within 21 days of purchase.  Items must be sealed and in the same condition as purchased. Please contact us straight away should your item be faulty you will be sent a returns form and we can make arrangements for you to return the item for a replacement.  Please note that 4GamersUk can only refund postage costs where the return is a result of an error on our behalf or the game is faulty.

As we are not the manufacturer of the games we are unable to help with technical issues. If you cannot get your game to load you could try to un-install and re-install the game, this sometimes helps, or if you have some issues with your game i.e. certain features are not working it may just be a technical, or compatibility issue please try the support pages on the publisher’s website which is normally listed on the back of the box. If your computer uses Vista you may require you to download patches from the publisher’s website. There is a Windows Vista Compatibility Centre which may help you find answers. If all else fails please do not hesitate to contact us.
